His account should definitely be deleted, because this is already a direct harmful psychological impact that he inflicted on you. What kind of psychopath would you have to be to terrorize innocent people? I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in their minds. I wouldn't want to meet such a "fan".

While both of his know accounts (CubeGaming2008 & CG2008Music) had their stolen submissions unpublished and are permanently banned from the Audio Portal, he demonstrated repeatedly that he... "lacks the enlightenment" to realize that our community does not want him here. He will likely attempt to return, uploading yours or somebody else's songs.
And since I assume he's still reading this thread, to him I say: Just give it up!
If fans of yours become aware of any new alias he uses (he's not exactly a master of disguise) they (or you) can report stolen songs he uploads with the flag button next to the submission. But as G2961 said, a PM to Tom Fulp will also work.
Either way: Several members of our community who actively look for plagiarized submissions have become aware of him and he'll have a much harder time in the future. I hope that somewhat helps to put your mind at ease.

Suspicious account, many low-effort songs (though none of them stolen or AI-generated, afaik) and begging to be scouted; unsure if they're actually breaking any rules but maybe keep an eye on them
Literally just Waterflame - Jumper but with metal pipe sfx over it. Artist has 3 other songs on their account that are original as far as I can tell.
(PS, why was the song "The White Knife (Original Mix)" by JumpieMusic removed? If it was stolen, what was the original called?)

Maybe some controversy about the artist themselves? Their YT channel and Twitter/X account no longer exist. Their NG account still exists but is blank. The removal occurred at least 2 years ago relative to now based on GD level comments.
Couldn't find anything about any controversy, but if something unfortunate did happen, IMO it's bad for it to go buried.

The second one was made in Wubmachine. It makes formulaic dubstep remixes based off of inputs. Has been around for like 15 years now I think.

2# Made by user ToyFoxyGD. Out of all the Suno AI songs I collected. This one was made to look like it is a real song.
