It's a remix of the song, so it's not stolen. If the original thing is copyrighted it could be flagged as an unlicensed remix, i doubt that's the case here though, since it's been used in a frontpaged animation and that didn't get removed from the site...

no not really, you would be correct on the copyright music, but then you have to prove the reasonable person test in this case because of the distortion

They are the same, the audio just seems to stop before the song actually ends. It sounds like the song is playing through some crappy smartphone speaker while the dude just talks on top of it.
