So, you're saying that you and the other guy remixed the same song, and yours was removed for copyright. I do agree that in fairness, either the other remix should be removed or yours restored. Only exception to this would be if this other guy paid for licensing and you didn't.

If you don't have proper license from the artist , their label and/or rights manager , it's better not to publish it in here.
