You are missing the “we” part! This account is run by the musicians who have created that music. DESKPOP is made of multiple people. Does it state anywhere on this website that an account CANNOT be run by multiple people? This is “our” music that WE made. Audio descriptions for each track then state which member of DESKPOP created that track, and are written in third person as to narrate each one of our stories.

Now this falls into a gray area, and I've never seen this situation before. I'm going to remain neutral on this and let audio moderators respond as they feel is appropriate.

Word. That’s fair, as it doesn’t seem there are many other accounts ran by collectives of people. I really hope we can work something out because we’re all indie musicians who want to connect with this awesome user base and provide our audio unmonetized for devs/animators to use without having to email and wait for a response. This community is really cool, plus we really enjoy the tools that Newgrounds had for audio posting (more robust than SoundCloud in some ways). Thanks for discussing this!

I've removed the ban and given the moderator the heads up. In general people are wary of record labels posting music here because everything is very individual artist-centric, however it's nice to have your great music here as a resource as well! If any of the individual artists are down to have accounts, they can be co-authored on their songs, which you've already done with these two:
