OK reading over the thread I've actually used a few free-for-commercial-use guitar loops submitted by users on a site in my latest few uploads (out of 100+) to start the beat, but for my NG catalog I will stop doing that since it seems a bit dangerous! if you think I should remove them because of the guitar loop, let me know. It's just 3-4 most recent uploads out of my 100+ catalog, everything else is all me.
OK so just to be safe I did remove the 4-5 songs I used a guitar loop to start the song with (was user-submitted wav file on a site with free-for-commercial-use loops/sounds) so it shouldn't have gotten content ID'd anyways, but just to be safe I removed them and will keep it organic.

For future reference, any song that is entirely comprised of loops (which the user themselves didn't compose) violate the rules. So if you were to submit something using entirely apple loops or whatever else you're able to find, without transforming them in an absolutely extraordinary way, it falls along the lines of spam or duplo music, neither of which are permissible.
I would say so long as you aren't sampling copyrighted material and have the rights to use it in a composition, fair game to sample a guitar lead or rhythm. Just make it your own, so that 60% of the composition at least is your work :)

yep, turns out the song is an unlicensed remix, just didn't know until now, so it took a while for it to get banned
Was looking through some stuff to flag in the undiscovered section when I came across a song made by artists Different Heaven and EH!DE and uploaded by a user named "whitelistedsongs."
The author comments have a lot of links promoting the artists and the NoCopyrightSounds label, so I thought I would just leave this post here in case the "whitelistedsongs" account is affiliated with the NCS label.
This song clearly contains copyrighted samples from Le Knight Club.
