Haha, I had 3 tamagotchis when I was younger. Also, has anyone ever had the "Iron Giant" mini figure? Plus, I'm trying to remember a cereal I ate when I was younger. It was orange spheres (sweetend of course) and might have a basketball on it's box? I've been looking for it but can't remember.

This movie would have been bigger if it hadn't come out around the same time as the Empire Strikes Back.

I am gonna get a lot of flame for this, but I never heard of it. Is it any good?

I have heard of the video game with the same name for the Atari, but like you, I've never heard of Krull the movie before now. From what I've read, the reviews on this movie is pretty mixed.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

First time I ever heard that song..
The one song I do recall being on the radio all the time was that "She will be loved" song...
I really hated that song.

I remember a summer where nothing was on, but Bandages by Hot Hot Heat. I got sick of it after the first few times.

That's no fun without alcohols. At least some beer would be nice. But no drug, yes.

Er... Not really qualify to be nostalgic because of my age, but i kinda miss the days when DBZ was on the tv, and all we would do in school was talking about the last episode...was epic...
I also used to watch Beyblade, loved the intro song (but prefered the version without the words lol), and Digimon, pokemon, all the good old CN cartoons...but that's where my list ends, because my country bought only these cartoons, along with those slow, "amazingly animated" cartoons like the Greek myth visualizations, hercules (not the animation styled, the other one) and other crap cartoons where it would take 1 minute just to see something else than the water...

I remember there was Harry Potters beans, they used to be amusing until they took them out :/ I loved the randomness you'd get in every pack...I think i once hit something reminding vomit, but was actually fun :D

Music used to be different, well, atleast more different than the music now a days... you hear the same crap on the radio with slight hints of good songs...

And last, but not least, computer stuff...ranging from tamagotchi's to blocky computer games. I used to have a Nokia 3210, had 4-5 ringtones and 2 message tones, with a simple snake game on it. Was the shit until Nokia 3310 came out. And then, in just a few years, the mobile phone industry took a huge leap forward, making my phone unknown and the 3310 remaining the best vintage phone (well, atleast where i live). I remember playing taipan3000, a lot of playstation games, Might and Magic IX (i know a lot of people says it sucks, it still remains one of my favorite games). But one thing i can't remember is the name of a really neat game, i don't know why but i still think it was lego (don't judge me, i was a kid :D)
You were a knight who was supposed to free tha princes from an evil knight, who happens to own a dragon (how original)
and you could travel through seasons, but all you had was a sword and later on a crossbow.

But the thing i miss the most is the time going so slowly as a kid. One day seemed to go on for 2 or even 3 days compared to now. And the year would pass so slowly...Now, i come to think that just a month ago was christmas, and yesterday was my birthday... Damn, the time is passing so quickly now D:

Actually, it depends on the persons preference. I can party with nothing at all. But beer is good from time to time. Especially along with BBQ's and such

I know that there was always parties with alcohol or drugs in the past, the thing was that most of us who were under the age of 13 back then thought that parties consisted of balloons, paper hats, cake and maybe the occasional fireworks and that's the ones we tend to remember more of in our youth.

Speaking of alcohol, I actually saw a Spuds McKenzie {the old Bud Light dog} lamp in my dad's place, which he thought about getting rid of, but he gave it to me instead, saying that I would have more fun with it or something. The only problem is where do I put it now?

Anyone still own one of the retro PC? like Amiga 500, C64, Apple II, Atari ST or even a ZX Spectrum? Or if you are the Soviet born side, remember the Elektronika BK0010-01?

The cran-tangerine flavor Ocean Spray tastes similar, but of course it's no the same. They should bring that back, or at least "Shoutin' Orange Tangerine" which was the same flavor with Slimer removed from the box, and the color changed.

Does anyone remember how in the 80s and the 90s, there are teenagers having obsession with "extreme"? I mean to them, it makes them look "badass" and "cool".

Thus leading to skater-kids doing stupid stunts and ended up with stupid injuries. I mean there was a Gogurt commercial pandering to these kids.

I liked Gogurt too but man...

Not to mention, you're uncool if you still eat yogurt with a spoon apparently.

Remember those weird pocket sized toys that would basically be able to record your voice and you could speed it up, slow it down or add effects?
Yak Baks I think they were called, but they had many others too.

I had the one in the middle.
