T3h CONTINUATION!!!!
After they had settled in, we were all around the campfire just getting the general ‘first day’ talk out of the way as people should (such topics include what other family members have been doing with themselves, work, leisure, etc, etc).
However, such topics of conversation did not phase Brett or myself, us talking about assorted sports and hunting.
The next morning, I awoke to the sound of my mother telling others of her troubles trying to sleep during the night due to disturbances from a koala. I smirked at her discomfort, because I was such a heavy sleeper that the koala would personally have to grunt in my ear to awaken me.
After I had dressed myself in my old pants and T, I walked over to our little breakfast table in the sand, where some of the greatest camping foods of all time awaited me.
Up at the Murray, I always had fried bacon and eggs in toast for breakfast, and as always I impatiently waited for them to be fully cooked.
After meeting the other tent dwellers, we discussed what daily events would ensue. My two Aunts and my mother were planning on floating down the river – which involved pumping up truck tires, driving a few clicks up the beach and dropping them off in the river, for them to float back down to camp – which no one stood against.
My Uncle Craig and son Brett were busting to get out on the hired dingy boat and set up some fixed lines and yabby nets – they were fanatical fisherman, and my grandfather’s boat got good use back in Melbourne.
So, with everyone with something to do, I pondered on what activities I would partake in on this sunny morning.
Then, I recalled something from the night before. I walked over to my father and asked him, “Hey dad, can you take me to see the naked lady tree?”
“Yeah, alright. In about ten minutes.” He replied.
A further twenty minutes later I stood up out of the car and marveled at what art nature had created. There, lying sideways on the ground, was a dead, uprooted tree approximately fifteen meters in length.
And, to my astonishment, the curves and bumps of the trees long trunk greatly resembled that of a woman’s figure.
It was, the naked lady tree.
