HIHI EVERYONE! I'm back, with the intention of staying back. I kinda fell out odf the habit of posting here because I hadn't been buying a lot of music at the time. I now buy a lot of music on a fairly regular basis.

So how's everyone been since I haven't been here? (Sorry again) :o)

Happy birthday, lucky bastard :) I still have to wait for 1 month until my birthday =P

and Snowy_Beast, I didn't see Cradle Of Fear, but I'm not planning to see it anyway. I'm not a fan of Danny's work.

There's a referral link somewhere in your Amazon account. Go to your NG profile and paste it in the box which says 'Link to my Amazon Wishlist' or something daft like that. I can't remember exactly, because I did it a long time ago.

Ooh, while I was away I also hit 1,000 posts! Go me! :D

Well, I'm not the type that judges movies based on the amount of blood. I go for content, not violence.

I know... but what were you expecting from Danny?? I mean... his not a cineas at all... I tough the movie was funny in a certain way... but I know it has no content....
I don't know if I alreday told you that... but there'S a Bar/Club/Show place called Foufounes electriques (Witch means Eletric Ass) that put on shows... you can have a look at this site on google... or go there www.foufounes.qc.ca all that to say to my buddy's band is playing there in November! It's Captain Finguer!! And I'm their personal Body Guard. They play hard/rock and few (not enought in my opinion) Metal.... so anway just felt to let you know and I'll try to get a hand on their stuff in post it to NG so you can judge ;)

CKY's old band?? Black metal? Weird =P Can this be any good?

Therion.

Any opinions? Personally, I love their CD Secret of the Runes. My girlfriend and I always listen to it whenever I go to her house on the weekend; it's one of the few bands we both can love and sing along to together. :P

Secret of the Runes and Deggial. Both are really good; Therion at their best, in my opinion.

So i picked up a copy of Soilwork - Natural Born Chaos from a JB HiFi shop in Melbourne (that place rules) and while i like it, it just doesn't have that 'fun' feel i get from Figure Number Five, that and when it gets to its heavy bits, it just doesn't make me feel like growling. Not to say its not a good CD though, its pretty good, but i'm beginning to think maybe i should have picked up that copy of Steelbath Suicide instead though.

Also got a copy of Apocalyptica - Reflections, it has its good moments, but mostly its just cool to have something i can play in the car without pissing off my family.

Yeah, but I'd add "Lemuria" as well, it's good.

Oh, and Mr. Silver, I think that Natural Born Chaos is better than Steelbath, which is still good, though. You should have gotten A Predator's Portrait instead =P

I'll have to keep that in mind for next time i'm down there, when i have a bit more money anyway.

Its a shame the forums got closed down, i think just looking through there i could build up a good 'want list' for CD's. When i was down at JB there was such a great collection, i just didnt know what i wanted.

Predator's portrait is a mix of the old style(Steelbath, Chainheart) and melodic stuff like the new albums. It rocks.

Np: Novembre-Come Pierrot

You do like me...when a song is deeply in my head and I can't stop listenning to it... I start downloading a huge load of random song of Metal band I don't know.... and 95% I get a new one... that makes me change and evolves in a different kind of Metal style. Did I made that clear? I'm re-reading it and it's not so clearly explained to me...

What do you guys think is better? Arch Enemy's "Wages Of Sin" or "Anthems of Rebellion"?

End Of The Line is amazing, Michael's background vocals add even more atmosphere. I love the solos on "We Will Rise". The videoclip rocks as well.

Plus, i'd probably get Whoracle or Colony before i got Soundtrack To Your Escape anyway.
