I'm really enjoying Solefald's albums, Red for Fire and Black for Death. awesome stuff (even though it has some irritating vocals).

For the longest while I've been completely indifferent when it comes to Edguy. I've always seen them as a Sonata Arctica of sorts, good for a few listens every now again. But I recently listened to Kingdom of Madness, and while it's a lot more simplistic musically, I enjoyed it a lot more then say Savage Poetry or Theatre of Salvation.

And of course with any opinion I'm sure that it's subject to change sometime but if anyone here has listened to Edguy and thought "Meh." give Kingdom of Madness a chance. It completely changed my opinion of them. The best part of this album in my opinion are the vocals, really catchy and not too over the top.
