Still haven't checked out Dio-Sabbath but Dio solo is awesome.

Ozzy-Sabbath vs. Ozzy solo?

Ozzy-Sabbath. Paranoid = TEH SECKS

Best Power Metal album in terms of vocals?

Luca Turilli - Kings Of The Nordic Twilight

Best overall Black Metal album?

Satyricon - Dark Medieval Times or Drudkh - Blood In Our Wells.

Your opinion on female vocals in metal?

Should be used sparingly. Female-fronted bands are bad.

Favourite Metal-zine/webzine?

Don't know.

Don't listen to much Power Metal

Best overall Black Metal album?

Don't listen to much Black Metal either

Your opinion on female vocals in metal?

If she can do good vocals, why not?

Good evening fellows.
I are back home now, and finished reading the new Harry Potter, thus it is safe to return to NG without fear of the book being spoilt.

Unfortunately Varg wasn't present :(.

Fixed typo for you. Also, I got the book Saturday and I'm only 372 pages into it. Usually it doesn't take me this long...

Nah, I hear he's going to be the new villian once Jo decides she wants more money.

Oh by the way, I got a Yahama amp today. It's pretty metal compared to the old Marshall my guitar came with. It even has Metallica, Led Zepplin and Rhapsody stickers on it.

The distortion on that thing is fucking brutal.

Wongraven is definitely rather subpar ambient. Just listened to Satyr's work a few days ago, there are a few nice melodies scattered throughout the album, but overall, it's quite an underwhelming listen.

Response to Metal Hell 2007-07-23 18:13:37

Wongraven is teh meh. I've got Fjelltronen but I dun liek dat much.

Yuck. Fender amps are not for metal. BC Riches are cheap as hell and so are Digitech pedals.
