Everyone's heard of Celtic Frost.

Lol yeah, pretty much everyone. I only started listening to them about 6-7 months ago. I borrowed a cd from a friend.

There are to many favorite songs, so I will just list my favorite bands:
I love almost every song of Manowar! Also I like everything of Turisas, Ensiferum, Korpiklani, Rapsody, Subway to Sally, Equilibrium and other Folk stuff. Other bands I love: KMFDM, Hanzel und Gretyl, Rammstein Tankard and of course Iron Maiden.

(I bet I forgot someone)

Monotheist isn't a bad album, it's just completely diffrent than what Celtic Frost was once all about.

Anywho, is anyone seeing Possessed at B.B.Kings on November 25th?

I recently realized that I'm way too soft, and I'm going to have to become a dick again.

people on my not-to-be-a-dick-to list: Gendo, 0peth, ZeroAsALimit, GoatChrist, Ghoulio, batman64 and : : : Zen444.

That seems about right.

Here I am, bored with everything.

I know the new Ministry album is due sometime in September, and it'll be just like Rio Grande Blood I heard. Other than that, nothing... oh wait...I got the reissue of Strapping Young Lad's City. It's remastered and it has the Japanese bonus track as well as four demos.

Tiz sw33t.

I really want to pick up one of Devin's solo albums. Just cause I'm much more into his solo stuff at the moment and I don't feel my liking of him is justified till I own more than a handful of songs.
So I may try and get Ziltoid... on Sunday... just cause it has the most hilarious cover in history.

I heard a rumour that on Anthrax's next album, Corey Taylor from Slapnuts and Stone Sour is going to the vocals. Looks like Anthrax is going to fuck up even more.

This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.

I heard that he's on a track on Systematic Chaos, but just speaking. same with Steve Vai and Neal Morse.

Slipknot's faggot "guitarist" has a guest appearance on the new Malevolent Creation album. Haven't heard it yet.

The fact that he actually has a normal voice scares me. I wouldn't want to hear him or his opinions on things. I didn't get Systematic Chaos, so I don't know what he said or anything like that.

In short, he needs to die in a fire, now.

We'll make it a psychic fire just for kicks.

I feel that I can't wash my ears enough after hearing Slipknot. I can't believe I used to listen to that shit.

Also, what I heard from Systematic Chaos was good. It would be cool if Neal Morse and Steve Vai actually played on that album, though.

It's on the song "Repentance" when he says:

"Until that moment, I'd never felt like I'd failed at anything...And I felt like I failed her...And I failed myself, and I failed my children...It's still really hard to deal with."

It kind of did ruin the album knowing that he was on it somewhere. :\
On the plus side, Mikael Åkerfeldt was on it.

SC is amazing.
After a few listens to it and its sunk it, I find its one of their top five albums, maybe top three.
And who needs Vai when you've got Petrucci?

Hey guys, I am on vacation in Arizona and was looking for clothes in the mall with a friend.
I went into a store everyone there viewed as metal, I think it was called Hardcore 101, and it sucked pretty bad as anticipated, classic mallcore and nu-metal, but it was worth going in because the people looked hilarious. There was a fat, in my opinion 8 year old (my friend thought he was 16 :O) , with a red mohawk, shopping with his mom-------hardcore indeed. So remember kids, if you're going to a place in the mall that's allegedly Metal, expect fatasses with mohawks and their moms.

In more related news, I have never kept track of new releases from artists/composers/musicians/ bands. Instead I like to research the artist's/composer's/musician's/ band's other releases. Or in some cases I might be informed by other sources and check out whomever I'm searching for.

I showed a friend who likes Linkin' Park and SOAD a whole bunch of metal, but he didn't like it at all.

Right now I'm planning to listen to some Melvins, Necrophagist, Hypocrisy, Rotting Christ, Varathron, and Sentenced.

Wrote a little more than usual due to inactivity.

And just like that....he was gone...
