An exception to that rule may be what Charon posted a while earlier. You may say something along the lines of, "I don't think that list will get you far," or, "That list is a shoe-in, don't worry."
Hahaha.
We're allowed to make assumptions based on what the horsemens decision is going to be.
Yet we're not allowed to give our own opinion on the bands.
Oh, thats a cracker :).
When people post bands, they do it so WE can judge it, not you... we don't wanna get them confused as to whether they're in or not. So all we ask you to do is to say something like "Well, it's not up to me, but your list looks good to me" or "I'm not a horseman, but that list looks like shitty mcshit shit", something like that. A note, however, is that we don't want to start flamewars for no reason, so if you make a totally bad call, like giving your seal of approval (no matter how meaningless) to a nufag or chase away a genuinely metal applicant, you will get flamed heavily, if not just by me by the other 3 horsemen.
The reason is, we don't wanna start flamewars for no reason, and when we have several voices saying different things, it tends to start flamewars. The only flamewars we want are Metal Hell vs. Retarded Mallkid or something like that. Those are fun.
So basically, when you respond to an applicant, unless you really know what you're talking about, keep your mouth shut and avoid making yourself looking like a twat.
That clear enough, Nev?
