Um... whats a good song or album by disembowlment and/or Neurosis. My metal itch is....itching.

I never got into disembowelment although ive been hearing they are pretty good and i like what i heard before...

It is great. Could be more melodic, you know, by incorporating an ambient melody into it. It's not hard, just abuse reverb and echo. ;) However, as far as atmosphere goes, I love it. I just love it more played along to Stars of the Lid.

If you manage to make music that is atmospheric and changes my mentality in a way I find enjoyable or at least memorable, then you've succeeded as a musician.

My friend bought a Napalm Death cd and wants to know what subgenre of metal it is, I think it is grindcore but I am not sure, and I record my shitty guitar riffs on the most brutal of all recorders. . . . . . sound recorder and computer microphone

Ghoul, in the long song, it was meant to have little or no melody, it's meant to be able to put you to sleep but you don't want to because of the intense atmosphere.
