I listen to In Flames every so often, but I'm more likely to chill to Theatres Les Vampires and Opeth if I want dark melody, oh, and Darkthrone too.

Fine :)

Well, in case of Black Metal...don't listen to much of it, but I like listening to Belphegor and a little similar stuff. It's fun inbetween :)

Death metal is a second favourite, but my true calling lies within the folds of darkness... Especially Tiamet and their album "Prey".

Hey guys, I'm kind of looking into expanding what music I listen to, and I'm feeling like some metal would be good right now. Normally I would just use Kazaa, but I'm dialup here at home... So I was wondering if you guys could recommend any bands' websites where they have any full versions of any of their songs available for download? If I like the stuff, I'll probably end up buying an album of theirs or something. Thanks a lot in advance.

Welcome :) Check out this local band from my area:

http://www.mely.at/

They have 2 songs free for download and they are pretty good gothic rock/metal

Go to www.metalstorm.ee as well, they have free samples quite often, and a radio as well.

Cool, I'll check out both of those sites. The radio isn't going to do much good at the moment, but I'll bookmark the site for when I'm back to broadband in school or whatever. Thanks again.

Good, no problem. I hope to see some metal on your favourite list then :D

I took the advice of Indifference (I think), and yesterday I bought Metallica - Master of Puppets. The intro to Battery is great! I now have to find enough money to purchase Ride the Lightning too. :D

Help, I'm trapped inside this guy's signature!

Well, since you are a GnR fan, what do you think of Velvet Revolver?

Response to Metal Hell 2004-06-05 09:09:28

Is anyone into WWF wrestling around here? I'm not heavily into it anymore, but I still like listening to the wrestlers' entrance music. Most of them have some good stuff, like Cactus Jack, he has great entrance music. I suggest you go checky. :)
