i want to be in a band, but i currently suck at guitar, i just started about 2 months ago.

With the exception of the main riff at the start and its repetition throughout the song I like it... very nice vocals :D. Drums are a bit low in the mix, and don't really give that edge of speed that I like in Black Metal... I don't really want to judge it too much, I'm not much of a BM fan, I just like the speed of bands like Emperor and such.... so for me I can't really comment on Melodic.

Thanks :) but the riff at the start is not repeated after the first fast part :) every slower passage uses a different riff-set. Listen closely ;)

Not the riff, the sound of it, sorry, I should of made that clearer... but yeah, the sound just doesn't appeal to me. The rest of the guitars and stuff are nice.

Nice BM, but the echoesque guitars annoyed me after a while. The vocals were very kvlt, and actually quite understandable, very epic, sorta like Bal-Sagoth minus the keyboards. The recording sounds like it was recorded in a warehouse (hence the echoesque sound)
In true Black Metal words, it sounds like a group of orcs marching at full speed, shouting their battlecry.

It's gonna be really atavistic, pagan, and spiritualistic. In other words, slow, dreamy, and ambient.
