light=happy for the most part. The thing about most death metal is that although it is by no means happy, it is not dark or disturbing or bleak; most dm is just "there" and some is even happy. Some is dark, some is not.

Power Metal isn't happy. The themes in most Power Metal is about war and stuff. And war isn't a happy theme. Power Metal is epic and cheesey. Its makes you happy... but not cause it is.
And for me, I get happy from a lot of things. Hypocrisy make me happy, as do Emperor... just cause they're fast and enjoyable.

I think that Reinkaos is an insult to the greatness that was Storm of the Light's Bane. Also, I think varg's ultra-minimalist ambient blackish metal thing has been pretty much done to death, if not by Varg, but a whole bunch of other bands, including Nargaroth (Geliebte Des Regens, Herbstleyd, Rasluka I & II)
