Nah, my newer stuff isn't even black metal. It's blackened ambient metal. It's really weird, has some keyboards, impossibly long song lengths, lots of weird stuff, and a general flow of emotion.

It's all about consumer demand. Not enough people are into black metal bands to make them financially viable for the label.

Devolved are sweet. I've seen them twice, and Sankey is one of the most incredible drummers to watch. Nice guys too.
