No. But why do you feel the need to tell us that this specific Led Zeppelin song is good?
HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!

Turns out Red Fang are playing in Manchester on Monday and Christian Mistress are one of the three support acts. If only my friend knew about Red Fang a lot sooner, we would have went to this easily.

It's decent. There are some good tunes but to me it's like any other Meshuggah album. Can't say I'm a big fan of them but they do creative some great material.
Hi i'd like to join if thats possible.
I listen to pretty much all genres from rock (somethings that i consider rock is considered pop for some unknown reason) to... well all.

The videoclip is weird :P But the music is alright.
If you want to join the Metal Hell, we have to ask you to list 10 metal bands you like :)

I actually really enjoy the way they're going. They're putting in harder riffs, less breakdowns and just more badassery in general. Nothing wrong with listening to an evolving band.

Well, I'm going to have a fun week in July! On the 15, I'm going to Mayhem again to see High on Fire, Anthrax, Slayer, and Motorhead. Then, on the 19, I'm going to see the Alice Cooper/Iron Maiden concert. I'm really pumped to see some of my favorite bands live!
Proud Demon residing in the METAL HELL!

Slipknot are generally one band we don't really talk about here but the rest are good. The Finnish majority does intrigue me so welcome to the Hell!

Alice Cooper is supporting Maiden again? At least this time he's in America and not just Finland or Norway like last year. That was a huge blow for me since all the UK had for supporting Maiden were Airbourne, Triivum and DragonForce. I will see them live again when they announce more UK dates for their current tour but please, give us a decent support act for once.
I don't have a lot booked for live shows right now. I could have seen Red Fang tonight had my friend have known them beforehand or my sister wasn't away in Australia right now. Next show to see is Primordial in May with Hell as support act. There is the Manilla Road show to consider in June but that clashes with the 4 day weekend and my sister wants to be up here. Still need to convince her to be down here for the show. Infact, I may just go on my own since if I miss this show of theirs in the UK, there might not be another one.

They don't really count as metal. We do tend to go off topic, though.

Well, Nu-Metal is a weird mix of Hard Rock, Industrial, Groove Metal and some other genres...
It really isn't Metal if you ask me. It's another genre that only keeps the agressivity, the heavyness and distortion of metal, and keeping it to the bare basics of the genre they take influences from. It's very primitive music and lacks the intelligent song-writting of these genres they try to emulate.

I've actually not listened to them before. :o The stuff isn't bad for sure.

Well you are right on some points. but off topic is there any Taboo topics that i should know?

I will see them next month at Rock Hard Festival. :)

Nothing is taboo. You can discuss Slipknot. It's not that we don't want you talking about them. When we ask for a list of ten bands to people who ask to join it is only to know if you fit in. We do not exclude many genres and sub-genres from Metal, except the most obvious ones. See, whenever someone wants to join with a list that goes something like this : Bring Me The Horizon, August Burns Red, Beneath The Massacre, Black Veil Brides, Rings Of Saturn, Emmure, Whitechapel, Carnifex and the likes, we know this individual might not find what he wants in here.
We do not completely avoid any topic, though.
Hey I haven't been online in a while. Got sent up the river for a few years, and now I'm back. If you doubt my metalness or think that being incarcerated made me forget my roots, let me first tell you what occupies the "A" section in my music library.
Abigor

Abyssos
Acheron
Acid Enema
Aeveron
Agalloch
Akitsa
Amok
Amon Amarth
Ancient
Angelcorpse
Angra Mainyu
Antaeus
Archspire
Arcturus
Arkha Sva
Arkona
Arsis
Artension

Thanks for the fanfare. Man, the joint fuckin sucked. Anywho, check out that demo. I put a hell of a lot of time into that. Wrote it all locked up. I promise it's not going to be like that piece of shit Jon Nodveigt did when he got out of jail.

I've been lurking here for years but decided to join up and put some stuff up. Nice to see a metal group on here.

You know, I always keep meaning to pick up their albums, particularly The Metal Opera. I think what put me off was that awkward packaging of both The Metal Opera albums and how it would not fit with all of my other CDs at all. I think my sister said she was going to pick this up so I need to ask her about that.
And that's just the "A" section. The "M" section and the "S" section are frickin huge.
Interesting enough, I have almost as much "A" artists as you do. As for M and S, I can understand why but I'd like to see them for laughs.
