Recently one out out of two mallgoths have decided they are metalheads, and so have one out of two linkin park fans, and one out of two completely retarded losers.

Believe me, I see your point. But this is no BM thread, it's for all styles. I love BM, but it's turning more and more into pure BM topic and if there's someone coming with likings for Mainstream Metal then I don't want him or her to be attacked. It has to be accepted that bands like Soilwork, In Flames, Metallica, or whatever mainstream bands are, or at least WERE metalbands.

I had no problem with the ones that WERE metal bands, but they weren't enough metal bands to suffice, and the fact that he called Korn and Slipknot metal pissed me off beyond belief. And that he started conversation without doing the joining ritual. And that he thought all extreme metal was death metal. I don't think this is a BM thread, it's a metal thread. But he wanted to use the thread for Hardcore and shit like that, which isn't metal.

But he didn't. -UNDEROATH- talks about metal bands, even though he likes a lot of hardcore bands, he makes it a point just to stick to metal. I feared this guy would only talk about hardcore and totally fag up this thread.

I had no problem with him until he mentioned Fear Factory. The fact that he didn't go through the joining ritual kinda irked me a bit, but I said "eh, he's new. I'll let him slide" but then he mentioned Fear Factory and I'm like "FUCK NO DUDE" and I told him to fuck off. Then he started saying Korn and Slipknot are metal and I'm like "This dude is the biggest fucking poser ever. He really needs to fuck off." And then he says Hardcore is metal and I'm like "This dude's OUTTA HERE!!" For a while I felt like being nice and letting him in

But I quickly changed my mind, simply because he insisted that Hardcore is metal.
