Can we lynch this fuck? Immortal is the shit and always will be 10,000,000 better than Dimmu Booger. They have stayed true to there black metal roots!
You should be ashamed of yourself!
So yeah, Battles isn't metal, I know, but this video is goofy as fuck.

Battles is awesome. That video does seem to fit with the song, strangely.
Have you listened to Don Caballero? They're one of my favorite bands.

You're right about it being trivial. It's not worth arguing about in the real world, especially when these people are very nice. It does kill me when I'm a douche to people who meant no harm.

Nah, Immortal's new video is awesome, especially with Abbath's crab walking.

I keep hearing about Primus but I've never really tried their music. That might be a shock to you but hey, give me some recommendations and see what I think of them.

Why? Just because you think Immortal is great and I don't? And just because I like Dimmu Borgir and you don't? And see, I'm not even saying Dimmu Borgir is great, but I like it... Btw, if you didn't like Dimmu Borgir's new video, why even mention it? I didn't like Immortal's new video and I didn't came here saying, "Oh damn, Immortal... I don't enjoy them, they just put out a new video, it sucks... it's Immortal, they're gay and they take in the ass!"
And in my opinion you just love to hate bands that have success, such has almost everybody out there.

I started hateing dimmu booger when they started to become sellouts. I don't hate bands who have success then I would hate too many bands and have nouthing to listen to.
Example list:
Amon Amarth
Deicide
Death
Marduk
Immortal
Nile
Agalloch
Dark Funeral
Dissection
King Diamond
Slayer
MoonSorrow
MoonSpell
THE LIST GOES ON!
Last night I watched an old Black Sabbath documentary. It was good watching. :)
Respect your forefathers.

I really wanna form a band I write lyrics on my spare time I have at least 7 song wrote out.

I think you would sound a lot better with some reverb and some lower range vocals.
Because that sounded kinda like you had your nuts in a vice.
Anyone read that text written by Jordan Rudess he recently posted on his website... or maybe DT's website... can't really remember, saying that DT had good hope for the future and that they were still working on a release for this year (or what is 2011?)
There is a little something we all seemed to forget when discussing Mike Portnoy's departure... DT still has Jordan Rudess, John Petrucci, John Myung and James Labrie... This band is fucking awesome, no matter what. I still have hope that they will be able to release material that will be at least as good as their most recent work.

Shame, really. I don't really like to hide behind a monitor but on the other hand, I'd rather not cause an argument in real life that I could have easily avoided.

We may have the other four still in the band but Portnoy was vital to Dream Theater and I really don't think he's replaceable for the band. I can see the next album being weak as a result but I suppose I'll have to find out how their music handles without him.

I been practicing a while now I personally think I have better death growls than black metal sheriks.
So I discovered that I kind of like White Chapel past the loogie gurgling growl. They are actually pretty good.

It's never going to be the same without him, I know. But all the other musicians are very capable artists and most of them are good songwritters. Labrie and Petrucci both have various other musical projects in which they are a part of the songwritting.
What I mean is that the band was a five piece band and that all the musicians were a big part of this band. It's not like Dave Mustaine left Megadeth or Garm left Ulver.
I still have hope that these guys will be able to go somewhere as a band.
I'm a bit late to the party, but Death's cover of Painkiller is completely orgasmic.
