I downloaded the chimaira song "Nothing Remains". Its pretty good but to me its to similar to most metalcore/hardcore stuff ive heard. For anything metalcore i think ill just stick with Killswitch Engage.

One thing that sucks is that i can barely find any Mayhem, Emperor, Sunn 0))) (well actualy i cant find any of their songs) or Venom songs on limewire. its realy pissing me off, becos i dont want to have to buy the shit to hear it, becos i might really hate it.

Hey people. After searching allmusic.com for some music i found that the red hot chilli peppers are considered "funk-metal" i dont think i would call them metal at all, altho they are funk. Apart from funk i dont know what i would classify them as. What do u think?
Also i downloaded a few songs by the bloodhound gang purely for their toilet humour...its hilarious. i downloaded "bad touch" , "the roof is on fire" and "i hope you die". whats some other good songs by them?

Yeah I love Chimera! It sucks how so many people automatically say new mayhem sucks. I didnt like grand declaration of war, but Chimera is an excellent slab of BM. Maniacs vocals dont do very much for me, and I would love to hear how Atilla sings the chimera songs.

Two things. I got The Beast Of Attila Csihar today. It roxx0rs.

Second thing, I downloaded part of this bootleg "Live In Samfudet" with Attila and they do Chimera songs and it's pretty awesome. They also did Symbols Of Bloodswords, and Attila did his usual warrior grunt, and all was well. However, on Chimera and WLA, Maniac's vocals were actually pretty good.

Third (although I didn't say there was going to be a third) I recently took a myriad of photos, and narrowed them down to about 5-10 photos, and they are basically visual depictions of my music. All of them are natural (meaning I did nothing to them after I took them) and they are taken within mostly west contra costa county. Anybody who wants one should either AIM me or use windows (MSN) messanger to contact me.

Anyway to my question, for the fans of cradle of filth, do u think they are good live? Because ive been listening to their 'Live Bait For The Dead' cd and i really like their performance. Although the vocals sound different (like in her ghost in the fog he does lots of low growling) but i think it sounds really good. So yea do any cradle of filth fans think the same thing?

And before you tell me you think graveworm is better, i have listened to a song of theirs and its pretty fucking good...although i still love COF better.

Oh well i still love his voice...i guess im still into the pop side of black metal (if there is one). Ive only been into black metal for about a year. But im gradually getting into the good stuff like mayhem and emperor n stuff.

Know any good grindcore bands? I like Napalm Death a lot so yeah..

I've never been able to get into Grindcore actually. You should get some of the early Carcass albums, they're ok. And Exhumed are good, if they're considered Grindcore.
Gore Grind is cool, like Captain Cleanoff or something like that.
