Do record labels really effect the music of a band?
I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hope not.

I saw In Flames live, and was really unimpressed. Anders was especially bad live
Yeah, luckily the sound quality of the mic was off so the clean vocals sounded like death vocals and the death vocals sounded like gutturals. (Although I know neither were the case)

And the good news is smashed back down. Only 32 years old, RIP Mike.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU - Was never really that big of a fan of Evile, that sucks anyway though.
Do you think they'll disband or just go on a hiatus for a while till they recover + get a new member? Again, i'm not big of a fan so I wouldn't know how this would effect the band.

So I'm listening to Nostrodamus by Judas Priest.
First time since I initially heard it months ago.
Back then it was like eh, not bad for a Priest album.
Today is different though.
Maybe it's all the rain.
My last day at 44.
Happy birthday you old geezer, you. :P

I know I mentioned this before, but once again, has anyone noticed that bass player is usually the least constant member in a band? Either a band goes through several bass players (such as Metallica, Black Label Society and Meshuggah) or the sole line-up change in the band is the bass player (Tool and now Evile). Note that I'm referring to members who are soley the bassist, not the bassist/vocalist.
Because generally speaking, in comparison to the other instruments(Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Drums, Keyboards and Vocals) the Bass is the least important so nobody cares about taking good care of their bassist unless he is jizztastically good.

I just listened to a song by Slough Feg, the vocals made me vomit.
Go listen to some Cock And Ball Torture and shove it up your ass.
Folk metal is fucking horrible.
Judging a genre by one band....guys, it works!
All power metal is just jizzing with guitars and special effects with cheesy lyrics about nothing really, I.E. Dragonforce
All thrash Metal songs are 3 minutes long, have a speedy fast guitar solo even when unnecessary and all sound exactly the same I.E. Slayer.
Need I continue with other genres?
Suck a dick.
*And I haven't even listened to Slough Feg*
Anyway, somebody recommend me some Death/Thrash metal bands. I need something new to listen to.

if they suck please tell me they suck so i dont use them :)
I like em, sounds like a great riff to intro a thrash metal song with and then mix in with the rest of the song at certain points, sort of like(Style, not the riffs) how the introing part of this song isn't going on during the lyrics and solos and whatnot.
Also, the tank in the background of that was mega kickass.
