I've been listenning to some Symphony X stuff recently... and I just realised how Paradise Lost greatness couldn't be expressed in words... it's just awesome... it's transcending metal itself. Their other albums were fucking awesome, don't get me wrong, but there is just something in Paradise Lost that shows how deeptheir understanding of "music" is.

Indeed.

The bass and Drums on Paradise Lost are the best out of all there albums.

The guitar and keyboards/piano were pretty good on this album too, but The Odyssey takes the cake for best guitar and V takes the cake for best keyboards.

Porcupine Tree and unknown other bands - 1.) Boston 2.) It's like 45 bucks. :O
