Bahamut has been around for most of the Final Fantasies. Actually since 3 (Japanese 3) if I'm not mistaken.

But Bahamut is a Sumerian Dragon God thing normally.

Forgot to mention this before. While there's some miss artists here and some artists who should have had at least one track in the game but didn't, you have to admit that the soundtrack to Brutal Legend is as awesome as a heavy metal video game soundtrack will get.

I got my username from the Final Fantasy series where most of the games have a dragon summon creature named Bahamut. As for the book, was this to do with Dungeons & Dragons? That's where Bahamut as a dragon originated from and Final Fantasy borrowed the name from it. The true origin for the name Bahamut is actually from Arabic Mythology but instead of a dragon, Bahamut is a giant fish. :o

It was a book called Dragonology, about the study of dragons and stuff, it might have to do with D&D but I'm not too sure. That's very interesting though. I wish I would have put that much thought into my username, yours is real deep man.

I agree that show was awesome, and even though only like about 40 people came to the concert it was still awesome, I even got to talk to Bjornthor from AW for a little bit after the show.

how about my shit smells better then their sound? Honestly musically they are fine, but their whole act is bullshit. I don't really find the whole technical guitar for the sake of being technical to be good either. Kind of like Necrophagist...if they would tone down the Tech, then I'd probably like them. I'm not a fan of his scream either. But if you like them, then its fine. There are much worse bands out there.
