Also, not really metal but I've picked up King Crimson's Islands and Larks' Tongues in Aspic. I wanted the latter more since I wanted to hear the title track (part 2) before hearing Dream Theater covering it on their new album.

Pyramaze - Tears Of Hate

So, I got Show No Mercy and South of Heaven.

Show No Mercy seems to have that feel that Kill 'Em All and Killing Is My Business had. Sort of a low-production, beer-induced recording.

Most of the songs sort of blend together, and some riffs are too 'NWOBHM' for a Thrash band. But they were only starting, I suppose. So we can forgive them.

Best songs for me are the title track, and Die By The Sword.

As for South of Heaven, I don't like it much. It's too slow, and aside from South of Heaven and Behind the Crooked Cross, there aren't really any memorable songs.

Since you guys will be the high authority on the subject, check out this band from my local town. (Kirkcaldy, Scotland)

They're called Drive by Audio. Their music style is Beastie Boys meets Motorhead kinda thing.

One of their songs 'Jailbait' is featured in the latest GTA 4 expansion. Although it's a rubbish single mix of the song, the album version is way better.
