My favorite tracks on the album are Beyond The Dark Sun, Death And The Healing, Starchild.

And none of these songs are similar. But I must say that they do have a few songs that really sound similar to each other.

Do I think it's great music? Yes. There are moments on the album that are insanely uplifting and catchy and every once in a while I find myself coming back to them. Do I think Jari is some kind of musical genius and god and that Time is going to cure cancer? Not so much. Sure he brings his own flavor to the melodeath sound but it's not the artistic masterpiece I thought it was way back when.

Jari is one of my favorite musician, not only because he can play a lot of instruments very well, but because he just has a great vision of music and brinds melo-death to another level.

And the self-titled was the first album that he wrote since he left ensiferum. Maybe the next album will just rape asses :P

Great death metal that's Anti-Christian. The Stench of Redemption is their best effort IMO. Everything is solid on that album. Vocals, drums, and the guitars fucking shred and wail throughout the whole thing like nonstop.

If you ignore that their style has changed a lot over the years they're still a very good band, they just haven't stuck to the style they started with. Having said that I love their recent stuff over all their old stuff, though somewhat ironically enough Trapped Under Ice and Fight Fire With Fire are my favourite songs.

Thats why I think all their new stuff is terrible. Death Magnetic was awful in my opinion while my favorite album from them is still either Kill Em All or And justice...

So i went out today, and went looking for Meshuggah's obZen, which i couldn't find, but then i found this hot piece of album just sitting there. I mean, who wouldn't buy it, just the colour of the case alone nearly had me going to buy it
