So, my main band has split up(we didn't kick the guitarist out, we just left him and we called the band quits. The drummer, the bassist and I are forming another band right now, so that's not a huge difference :)

LOL. I thought you were talking about Maiden, because one of the songs on Dance Of Death, I think Gates Of Tommorow, but I'm not sure, part of the lyrics are Open Your Eyes... or was it Open Your Life... anyway... whoops.

hey all. i haven't posted here in a while, but anyway... i just got the new Fozzy album today, All That Remains. i still need to listen to it, but what i have heared has been really good. there's a bunch of guest gutiarists on this one. you'll hear, Mark Tremonti, Marty Friedman, and even Zakk Wylde! the solos are great. anyway, i suggest everyone check it out. i'll be honest with you; at first, you may not like it, but just listen to it, and you will get attatched.

my mate (a fellow metalian) is very much into megadeth and i just cant get into them :( its the thrash genre i have most difficultly with it will take me alot longer to enjoy and really get into a CD when i listen to it unlike other genres

I just have Rust In Peace, great album.
Thrash is about my 2nd Favorite genre of Metal (NWOBHM and Heavy Metal tied in 1st place).
But The thing Is... I don't have much Thrash, the only bands I have are Destruction, Megadeth, Metallica, and Overkill, (Trying To get Antichrist by Destruction, as well as Some Kreator, But I am rather short on money)... I need more Thrash, any bands you guys could reccomend?
