Nightfall and Valhalla are some of Blind Guardians not very good songs in my opinion, they get boring amazingly fast.

More rambling about Gamma ray and Helloween.

That's cool that you're getting into more doom. Om and Sleep are great choices.

I heard someone was listening to Sun0))), I would say their most powerfull and probably best song to listen to is orthodox caveman. In other news my Amon Amarth sweatband came, now I can look cool(ish) at school. :3

To me Sleep seemed to fall into the same opinion category as Electric Wizard. It seemed fine, but extensive listening may make me lose interest. We'll have to see when I give Dopesmoker a listen.

I got all of Om's three albums though... w00t :).

I have Nordland 1 and 2 and Blood on Ice. They're all quite good.

When Ghoul first recommend them to me I liked them. I have about 10 songs from different albums and due to that I can't take a serious interest in them. But I bet if I had an album I'd definately like them.

All I've had to eat in the last two days is a pizza and spoonfuls of chocolate spread. Come on, get down with the sickness :(.

You guys can suck my cock.

How many times have I recommended all those excellent Hellenic Metal bands to you? Well, thanks for never bothering. If you had at least tried to listen to a few of my recommendations earlier on, you wouldn't have missed out on that great music for such a long time.

Ok so I just got the Watain Disco and they're fucking awesome. I'm strongly considering going up to Colorado in two months to see them with TECh2o. Plus Opeth and High On Fire are playing two days after! I think it's time for a road trip.

Job For A Cowboy..

Would this be considered Metal? I've just recently been into listening to them, and while it's rather repetitive, it's still not too bad... though I can't listen to it all the time since it tends to blend together, from one song to the next. :P

Yeah, it's extremely mediocre death metal/grind. It isn't bad, but there are a lot better bands in the genre, and it's almost sort of scene just to wear a JoB t-shirt and look cool even though you don't know who they are. Also, Job for A Cowboy has to be the worst band name ever. It sounds very homosexual.

If Blind Guardian played;

Hand of Blood

Huh? I don't remember a Blind Guardian song called that.

The soulforged
And then there was silence
ANd the story ends
Turn the page
The punishment divine
Into the storm
Another Holy war
Bright eyes
Sadly sings destiny
The Bards song
Battlefield

Not bad, but a song or two from their first few albums should be there.

Easily the best concert i've ever been to, if any of you have a chance to go to one or both of these bands live I HIGHLY recommend you do it!

I do wonder if both bands plan to tour again sometime. It would be great if they did it again since I'd get a second chance to see both live. :)

Girl update:

According to reliable sources, the lady I am enamored with fancies me back. I'm skeptical, as always, but it makes sense. I spent the day with her yesterday and got my flirt on. Tomorrow, I ask her out.

And yes Idio, I will spill her drink. Just for you.
