I love Spastic Ink. I don't think there's really anything else quite like it besides Blotted Science and Ron Jarzombek's solo albums. I have Solitarily Speaking of Theoretical Confinement. It's pretty good. I can't seem to find his other album, though. It's called PHHHP! Perhaps you'd like Ron's old band, Watchtower. It's thrash and it's not nearly as technical as Ron's other projects, but it's still good stuff.

You might like Canvas Solaris, another technical progressive metal band. I like them, anyway.
