Bolt Thrower is death metal basically.

Nevermind. I forgot, it's all metalcore. It's the same all over, except in California, Louisiana, and New York, all of which have a decent underground. Cali has some good death metal and black metal but still is plagued by metalcore fags (skaters anyone?). Louisiana is my favorite because of the great doom scene, still it's plagued by some metalcore. New York is, thankfully, not plagued by metalcore, at least down in the city. It's mostly underground bands of any variety, except black. I havent' seen any black metal bands down here. We still have metalcore faggotry plaguing our metal scene, it's just that all of the bands are from Jersey and upstate New York.
