It's actually a multi effects pedal, But I only used the Harmonizer feature there.
It has I think 6 effect types and 54 totall effects or something, And Millions or customizable chances.
I just <3 two of the effects, The Harmonizer and One where you Slow it down and make it Really deep and dark sounding if you press down, And If you lift up again, It's as bright as ever.

The sound is familia, but I think you're okay. It doesn't seem like it was actually ripped off. The sound is, in my opinion, very close to the some of the riffs in the Dynasty Warriors series music. This song specifically. There is a similar sound but yours isn't really infringing on anything.
