I never got into them or listened to them really, besides I guess A song, but they played the first Gigantour, and I remember being super fucking bored during their set. It was nothing memorable, and I cant remember a song sticking out from the rest.

Hmm, I think they're so-so, I have three albums of theirs I got to see what's the deal. Archetype and Transgression I liked a lot at the moment, and now they kinda lost their shine. Concrete on the other hand, I never really liked much. :/

In a somewhat related story, I have fallen madly in love with Arcturus and I am going to promptly download of their albums.

Ok, from what I've heard (and since we're on the topic of power metal) power metal is something that you can sit back, listen to, and daydream about going on epic quest with dragons and shit. If this is true I would be very much interested in power metal, so...can someone tell any bands that can do this?

Go for Savage Circus, Blind Guardian, Manowar, Rhapsody of Fire. Symphony X, Hammerfall..And if you want a mix of power and thrash, go for Persuader. but they dont talk about Epic shit. but you should listen to them anyways.

Hey thanks for the songs Zero-Day. This some good shit brother! I always heard a lot of the songs in Metalocalypse were modeled after CC songs and I love that shit so this wasn't too much for me. Hell I even learned Hammer Smashed Face on bass. That little riff/solo in the beginning isn't as hard as it sounds. Anyway, speaking of Metalocalypse I heard the long awaited "Dethalbum" is coming out soon.
