So it's finally happened. Congrats to the portal for 300000 submissions and this 300000th flash didn't get blammed, like the 100000th and 200000th. :)

Just to clarify, the Flash department will be focussed on the Flash Portal and everything that it is connected to, not just making Flashes. Same goes with the Audio Department.

§Command Structure§
The Secretary of Defence is the leader of the entire DoD. Within the DoD there are 3 departments: BBS, Flash, Audio. Each department has their own secretary which is their leaders. After that, the chain of command is determined by the ranks of the members.

The ranks will be determined by the Department's Secretary or the Secretary of Defence. Only one person may be of a single rank at a time in a department (You'll see what I mean in the ranking list).

For a promotion, one of your superiors may suggest it to a Secretary and they will consider it. There will be a maximum of one-month inactiveness before a member is stripped of rank and dishonourably discharged.

§Tasks§
Each member is given a specific overall task relevent to their respective departments. The tasks will be chosen by the member or given by the secretaries. The task will have no relation to the rank.

To ensure activity in the club there will be end-of-the-week reports given by each of the Department's Secretaries just briefly outlining what news, if there is any, that occured during the week.

Approved contests may be held by any member. The winner(s) of contests will get point(s) on their permanent record. The points will not be the deciding factor in any promotions but they are an indication of their dedication to the club. Points can also be earned through continued service to the club. All points will be given by the Secretaries.

Ok sure, well I find the portal much better now there is more competition in the top 50 it seems now it changes all the time which makes it a hell of a lot more interesting. Well what do all of you think?

I don't like the top 50 becoming more difficult. If it was just at EGG, I'd be in the top 50 right now, but I'm stuck at #65. If I had this much B/P a year ago, I'd be around #30 - 40. :(

I'm just waiting until they start using a b/p scaling system for the levels. That'll be the day. But the exp lvl ystem will be the first to be overhualed if anything.

Yea. Its more of an organizational task. Stuff like keeping member's lists, officiating contests. and what-not. There isn't much you can do with this task so if you want a different one just pick one.
