I played this game and never received any of the medals. I checked the info section on the front page, and it shows that I earned the medals.
Has this happened to anybody else?

Yup, it stopped submitting medals for me after the boss in the garden. Refreshed, beat the boss again and it was working. There doesn't seem to be any retroactive awarding in this game.
These medal games don't load correctly for me anymore.
Can anyone else get them to load?

These might not work until either Ruffle supports them or NG Player gets the update to keep working correctly.

If you are using NG Player then you've got to have a browser supporting original Flash as well. Both games work perfectly on original Flash, so you may try to disable NG Player (check your account settings) and then they should work just fine.

Actually the fact that the game's medals are broken doesn't justify 0-bombing it since the game itself is fully functional.

Hello. I recently played this game (https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/559714) and got all the medals ingame but they weren't unlocked on my account. I even have the game save with the medals unlocked.
Some issues that are happening a lot and have consistently happened since that Friday Night Funkin game got popular and had the big surge of new users come in
You can no longer click from a medal to get to the game that medal is from.
Medals have a huge delay in appearing on the game's page. You will have unlocked the medal, it will be on your account, you can click on any individual medal to see if you unlocked it or not, but they will all falsely appear to be still locked until sometimes days later. It does end up appearing on the game's page but yes it takes days.
Due to this, many people have falsely believed various medals to be broken and in fact they're not broken, you have the medal, check back in a few days.
Some broken games:
2 player pong remade
Pong DX
Neogio the neon guy
Vs Light flash tank man
Scratcher light flash edition
Simple Run And Jump
Also, an old one, I am 99% sure the 444 seconds medal in PILO will not be rewarded, even if you manage to get it within 444 seconds, which is just possible, but incredibly difficult.
There seems to be an odd glitch in games displaying medals that were previously rejected. For example, for Drop the Bomb:
There is a medal in the Medals box called "Someone Set Us Up the Bomb", but this medal was rejected years ago because it is unobtainable. The medal is not contained in the medals variable.

Did you beat the final level? It is possible that something failed for you because of the lag there. Maybe try to replay that level? You can also try to ask the author for adding something like "re-send medals" or "sync medals" feature.

If you add medals to your games make them work first. They should be properly implemented and tested. Check information about API tools to know how to do it. If they will remain broken you can be 100% sure that they'll be removed.

Hey it's DAKirb, here and I made that game in May of this year and I didn't use a software that could register medals, since I now make games using Stencyl, I might be able to register medals!

what happens is that I have to use codesandbox and when I try to use it in my games (eg pico's advertiza) the page crashes. I don't delete the medal because if it works for me at any time (and it doesn't crash) I can put the mess of the newgrounds API

My metal in my game literally says you cannot get it. I thought it was funny, but now people are pooping their pants over it. Next time, try reading it.

There is one achievement that I can't seem to obtain, the You Win! achievement in Infiltrating the Airship. I got the achievement in game but for some reason I can't get it to show up on Newgrounds. I'm not sure if anyone else has the same issue but I'll post it here to address the issue.

C:\Users\(insertuserhere)\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\
and search for the file named "618518_Airship.swf", delete that, and try again.
