I've got New York and Chicago in the Super Bowl.
The Jets beat Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in consecutive weeks who are far better than Ben Roethlisberger, but then again the Steelers have a better defense than the Colts or Patriots. However, the Jets beat the Steelers in the regular season, which means something.
As for the NFC side, I really don't know why Green Bay is favored at all, considering it is in Chicago, and I still can't fully trust the Packers run game. This is the game that Jay Cutler will finally prove to the world that he is good enough to be in the Super Bowl.

Packers-Steelers. Maybe Bears-Steelers. I don't want to see the Jets in the Super Bowl...eugh.
Antrel Rolle of the Giants reportedly said he wished Tom Coughlin was more loose and brash like Rex Ryan...

Aww, someone deleted the Auburn fan photos.
Well all's well because I found something else: Laurence Maroney was arrested for carrying around pot and a gun last night. That's bad enough.
What's worse is that he was arrested looking like this:

And as soon as I say something, all the pictures reappear. Weird browser/site issues I guess.

And the media interpreted it as "Coughlin lost the players and they want him fired!"

Out of curiosity, do you think Seau have gotten over XLII?

I am expecting that Jets will go to. But Steelers have a defense that can challenge the Jets run which is the key to there success.

I think Green Bay is favored because 1. they bet eagles and stopped Vick from running over them(literally) 2. They have Arron Rodgers who is a better QB then Cutler 3. They beat Atlanta so there just running on A LOT of hype so lets see if Chicago can give Packers a run for there money which I think they will. Also I haven't been around here for awhile for some reasons. But as of now I am going to get into the discussion here more often.
I don't understand why everyone is singing the praises of Chicago's D when it's Green Bay who is 5th in the league, not Chicago.
In the end I don't see Green Bay beating themselves like they did last time. It would take a fuck up of epic proportions for GB to lose here.
I know the subject of Al Davis being on the brink of death is a touchy subject for some people here but seriously, wow...

Damn that shit is just horrible. But honestly I think it will be the Steelers and the Bears in the big game but first both teams must get past two other teams that are playing very well at the moment. But really suprised the Jets have made it as far as they have but playing the way they are playing it's really no shocker that they are in the AFC Championship game now.

That's pretty horrible considering how many people see the frontpage before print. Not quite as bad, but The New Orleans Times-Picayune posted this recently:

Fun Fact: The last time that the Packers and Bears went at in a play-off game was in the 1940s, when FDR was still President and Hitler was still alive.

He's been dead since 2003.
It's just that he refused to accept it.

Not all of these people are awful.
I could see myself hooking up with the girl on the left in this one.

They also couldn't beat a bunch of horned frogs frauds either, which means they won't have much of a chance against the Bears.
Back to your cheese farm, Wisconsin! You can't win big football games, and now you couldn't even spell.

I know it might be a bit early for NFL draft talk, but nick farley reminds me of albert hansworth no?

Hopefully if Buffalo does take him like they should he'll prove to be a force through the line and help put some pressure on the QB, something we didn't get a lot of this past season.

Yes, that'll happen as you come closer to death in old age.

Interesting choice to show off the midriffs in the middle of winter but whatever. :P
Championship Round
Green Bay at Chicago - Bears
NY Jets at Pittsburgh - Steelers

Let's hope it is terms of ability, and not work ethic, don't need another multi-million dollar defensive lineman falling down on the job and being as lethargic as AB is.
I'm hoping that Fairley goes down to 4, because the Bengals needs a pass rusher on that D-line, so that the rest of the defense doesn't have to scramble everywhere like chickens with their heads cut off. If not him, then it should be Bowers from Clemson, probably need to take a flyer on a QB on the second day of drafting, in case Palmer starts falling apart again.
We should be stacked with CB's, WR's and LB's, so the skill positions aren't much of an issue, but it wouldn't hurt to draft some down the road, just in case.

I'm going to go with a pick that I believe to be true and a pick that I believe to be an underdog pick of sorts. Knowing how my luck goes with picks sometimes they'll probably both be wrong.
Steelers
Packers
My pick:
Jets > Steelers
Packers > Bears
"As the old saying goes...what was it again?"
I'm taking Pitt and Green Bay although I would love to watch NY get to the Superbowl if only to watch them lose it.
As I already said before, I have the New York Jets over Pittsburgh, and the Chicago Bears over Green Bay. But from what I'm hearing across ESPN, {except for Tedy Bruschi} it's already a foregone conclusion that the Steelers and Packers are moving on to Dallas for the Super Bowl, I suppose it's only fair to air out my 2 cents here.
The Jets have beaten Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in consecutive weeks, on the road no less, who are obviously better QB's than Roethlisberger, everyone knows that much. Of course the Steelers have a far better defense than Indy or New England, but this I have a feeling that this the last team with the ball is going to win the game, and Mark Sanchez has shown this season that he can win in the clutch if need be. Not to mention the Steelers have a bad O-line to boot, the Jets are licking their chops to get to Roethlisberger, and not fall apart in the 2nd half like the Ravens did.
As for the NFC side, I know that Aaron Rodgers is a better QB than Jay Cutler, that's a no duh there. But this is in Chicago, and the last time that the Packers were in Chicago, they only scored 17 points and kept that offense somewhat contained. Add in the fact that they are playing on bad turf, and the ever so wacky winds coming down Soldier Field, they aren't going to be moving the ball up and down as fast as they did in Atlanta. Let's not try to compare Rodgers to Joe Montana, like so much of the media has done just yet, just because in his 3 playoff games, he lit up teams with piss-poor defenses.
Who knows, I have been wrong so many times in the playoffs, but I would like it if I got these 2 right for a change. And besides, isn't everyone who isn't a Steelers fan sick of seeing the Steelers being in the Super Bowl every 2 years or so?

This is my opinion. I prefer the steelers to the jets, but I prefer the packers to the bears. Although, I'm a cowboys fan first and foremost. Whats up to all my cowboys homies!

I'm sick of seeing any team that isn't Buffalo in the Superbowl
