Passing the inactive rebel shouldn't be a problem. It will take a longer while to pass Dekathos but it'll happen unless he ranks up.

Excellent update iscRulz, I finally achieved one of my main goals I've been aiming for since I joined Newgrounds; Getting into the top 50 Voting Power list, and by now I think it's pretty much safe to assume that my place there is sealed. :)

And I'm only about 800 B/P points away from Elite Guard General, which gives me that tantalizing 7% increase (insert evil laughter).
