He. And the losing spots isn't what tells you you've got him. It's the -0.01 part. After all, people can lose 2 spots while gaining 0.02 VP, just because people ranked up... and boom, he might rankup within the next week and be way ahead of you. But no, he doesn't even seem to be depositing every single day, so that's why he's vulnerable.

Yes, the whole average VP per day slippage is a well-known phenomenon. I often remind the low-level peoples that while their VP is low because of their low exp, at least their VPpd average is high because they're nowhere near HT. There's good and bad to both situations....

but of course the good far outweighs the bad of being high in exp. After all, if you get tired of it and don't care anymore, you can just stop depositing and you'll move slowly towards being low in exp over time... whereas the only way to move the OTHER direction... is to deposit every day and hope the people above you miss some. And that's tougher. #;-}>

Anyway, good luck on hitting 13.37 VP soon. What's your goal after that? Please don't say 14.00 VP. ;_;

After all, for all I know you might stop getting b/p for a month because you're going on vacation + gonna be busy for a good long time... and meanwhile either Bob or altr ranks up and boom, you're passed. He stopped to take a drive to a lake where he was to skate on natural frozen ice for the first time in his life, but alas... his car got stuck in a huge snowbank along the way. Yes, folks... on the road that day... it seemed that Tom Hanks had, in fact, encounted a massive Snow Problem.

It's no problem (wink to MPA). Rankups not going far enough?! Hm. Well, really, the more and more exp you have to back it up, the higher your VP should be boosted by each rankup. But I guess you mean in terms of passing people on the list. That's true, of course... but passing people on the list isn't the only good thing. Just gaining the actual VP is good, too. And hey, if you keep on moving up and up and up, you'll move from the 2% ranks to the 7% and 5% final ranks. And those rankups go QUITE far. #;-}>

Hmm, I managed to rank up just before Christmas! Looks like my earlier prediction of ranking up before the year's end was somewhat accurate. Now it's going to be a looooong time for the next rank up though.

Not pathetic, just... not high enough. Don't worry, SK's lists will resume in mid-late January, and then you'll be able to see yourself on lists once more. As for this one? Just get a bit more than 1.00 extra VP and you'll be able to make it... it's going to take a LOT of b/ping, but you mentioned wanting to hit 10,000 blams in my other list topic... so if you do that goal, you'll get this goal done as well. Nope. The only list I thought of back then was the one I made shortly after getting to the top 50: the Top 50 Protectors List. I wasn't thinking about tracking people outside the top 50 b/p list much. I was doing a bit of it on my own while I was between 100 and 50, but... I mostly just b/ped the hell out of my account and enjoyed the rankups and the BBS. Wasn't worried too much about who I had to get over to make it, until I was actually at #51. #;-}>

Yeah, I recently changed my alias for the holidays not 10 minutes ago I guess. Everyone needs holiday spirit. Yeah, Bonus and j00bie had some cool holiday names, also SCD had one but he took it down. Haha, and I'm happy someone noticed my 7-4 scheme. I just expected people to assume it was me based up the last-first aspect of it. But it seems you noticed the more careful part behind it. <3 =D
