well... when the nemesis account hit that bp rank... he must have had a higher VP increase. But other than that.. it might be the second highest VP increase just cuz of where _altr_ is in experience rank.

My time at the bottom of the 12.xx stack was clearly limited from the very beginning. Fortunately, RyoHahn is a fellow EGSC, and I've nothing to fear from him...

However, I have my eye on one or two up-and-comers who haven't hit the EGSC brick wall yet... I don't think I'll fall further than 16th for awhile... but you never know. I'll just enjoy being in the top 15 for the time being. :::nods:::

Well, everyone is qualified, but to be on the list, you need to have a voting power high enough. Since now it takes about 10.00 vp, with your vp barely above 5.00, you have a lot of work before seeing your name on the list ...
