Nope, once you're Elite Guard Supreme Commander, the .01 experience increase is the only way to gain voting power.

I didn't spent 6-7 hours updating the list, I spent 3-4 hours total, but they were spread out OVER that 6-7 hour period. I took a break, got distracted by TV for awhile, talked with my girlfriend, etc. etc.

I started early enough to get the update done early but then delayed and delayed. It always happens. I either start late and have to cram it in or I start early and it gets delayed or I take longer. Ahhh, procrastination.

Yes, by profile linkages I mean the [A] tags that link to profiles, yes. I was saying you could put code into the output column in the excel file to spit out profile links. I just never did that for the VP list because it would have made the list sooooooooooo heavy memory-wise that I could never have posted it in 5 posts (1 for each 100 in the top 500). Might have taken 7-8 posts instead. O_o

30,000+ b/p points only means that the normal increases from exp are HIGHER than they would be, each day, if you weren't EGSC but some lower rank with a lower bonus %.

I believe the rest of your query has already been addressed, but that needed to be pointed out. b/p beyond 30k may be extraneous for VP purposes, but 30k b/p will ALWAYS be helping you gain VP. Always. Just not in the nice "rankup boost" sort of way anymore.

Well I really don't discuss my VP, it takes too long to go up. I do finally have less than a quarter to go to the next range. It is going to be a long, long, long road to that point. Sometime late next year. about the time I level up was my last estimate.
I am not goign to sit down yet to figure out the exact date till I get a little closer.
