Now I don't mean to undermine your efforts, I am still overly grateful and appreciative of the time and effort you've no doubt put into this, but my mindset has always been 'a good list's an accurate list', which is why I'm bringing this up.

Now, the downfall of using the deductive method I previously described is you're left with an incorrect number. The easiest to demonstrate this with is the 13.xx VP group. As you can see, there are three users with a VP in the 13.xx range, BUT, if you take away Yoink's rank (2) from bila's rank (4), you're left with two, which is off by one. So if you're doing that for several groups and getting numbers off by one each time, the cumulative effect shows when you add up all your numbers (1, 2, 10, 26, 51, 6) and get an answer of 96, 4 off the 100 you've listed.

Anyway... just thought I'd point that out. The real numbers are 1, 3, 11, 27, 52 and 6. Any particular reason you decided to stray from gfoxcooks old method, which was listing all users with a VP higher than each amount, in preference of listing the number of people at each range? It's perfectly understandable if you're trying to stray from gfoxcooks work in an attempt to make the list feel more your own, but I imagine there'd be less calculation and thus less room for error in the old-fashioned format, since you'd just have to look at the last rank for each group and bingo, you have your number. ; )

It is thats the good thing of having high exp then waiting or just gettting that .07 vp boost. Calcuating with his current exp at LG its 11.38 General 11.92 with a .54 differnce. The .06 from daily depositing. So you could get with in general rank within 20 points then deposit for a year then get the rank up. to see a huge vp boost of .52 only compared to .50 so it wouldnt be reasonable.

I managed to do some awesome gainage this time! +17 ranks and a .58 increase in voting power... very cool!. Getting into the top 30 shouldn't be too much of a problem, Shrapnel deposits everyday, but he doesn't gain VP lol! and dl_Monk is not depositing anymore.

Toocool100 is still ahead of me... I doubt he will let me pass him anytime soon...

The top 15 is over 12.00 and shows no sign of ever slipping... because myself, Crono, Stormwarden, Recon, nimmer... none of the five of us from 11 to 15 are going to stop getting exp... and I don't believe staphita plans on it, either... and... well, there you go. He could have subtracted the rank of the guy ABOVE the x.xx range he was looking for from the rank of the guy at the bottom of that range if he'd wanted to use his method but also have correct numbers.

There were no calculations. Like he just said, I just "took the bottom rank of each VP range and made a list showing how many people were above that x.00 mark"... well okay, he didn't say EXACTLY that, but that's what he meant by "look at the last rank for each group and bingo" part of his post. If you're still unclear on what he means, look:

1 A 13.50
2 B 12.75
3 C 12.50
4 D 12.25
5 E 11.90
6 F 11.66
7 G 11.11
8 H 11.01
9 I 10.80
...
etc. etc. etc.

In the event of an update like the above (hopefully with users not named "A," "B," "C," etc. #;-}>), I just had to NOTICE (not calculate) that one person has over 13.00 VP, four people have over 12.00 VP, eight people have over 11.00 VP, etc. etc... it's not about calculations, it's about noticing the RANK NUMBER next to the LAST person to have "xx.00" VP on the list and just making a list of those numbers:

13.00+ - 1
12.00+ - 4
11.00+ - 8
etc.

see? Easy, no mess, no fuss, no work. Just simplicity.

You need about minimum of 5340 exp to even be on the list.

IOW, you need to get more exp than fixit (and be EGSC) to make the top 100 VP list right now.

Its more imporant to have the exp requirements becuase anyone could b/p whore and get to egsc before lvl 13 thinkin hey I did good I must be on top 100 vp So they check *price is right loser song plays*

Makes sense... the top 100 is certainly getting harder and harder to get into (still not as hard as the top 100 exp, though, which I STILL haven't made... XwaynecoltX and Crono are almost there and I will be there shortly afterwards... unless a top of 11,000+ idle users start depositing again after they get passed by those two but not by me... and that would TOTALLY SUCK, damnit #;-}>).

Getting in the v/p list isnt hard if your a good b/per or have really high exp. but I wont get in top 100 exp for years oh well top 200 here I come.

You should put the "new" BEFORE the name, not after. Because the names of the new users to the list are all much further to the left than old users' names are (and thus the list kinda looks uneven).
