The officiating in the playoffs overall has sucked. so just stop complaining and admit you suck. even if you got the powerplay, it would have done nothing.

Yeah, that shutout really hurts Buffalo. Emery didn't get much action with only 15 shots against, and that one fluky goal "by Alfredsson" was the only one scored; it would've gone in anyway. I'd be surprised if Ottawa actually sweeped Buffalo, but only time will come.

Doesn't matter anyway, the Sabres aren't going to have the cash to re-sign both Chris Drury and Daniel Briere. Drury is gonna make a hell of a lot of money on the FA market this year after the way he's played in the playoffs and the way he can lead a team, and Briere has the regular-season numbers to fetch a mighty fine contract. Plus the Flyers are actively recruiting both, using Martin Biron as a baiter.
