It's amazing how many people are sending me private messages asking where the secret medal is in Save Your Life. All I'll say about it is to look at where some other people have obtained it, and use that as a guide for where to start your hunt.
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!

Alright, for This Is Madness 2010, I farmed out Agents and Uber-Agents on the last clown fight (guaranteed 3 agents, occasionally an uber with them) and I managed to get New Competitor by exiting the bottom door on my 4th playthrough. It popped up when I touched the first gold in that room.
Zombies look to be broken.
The rainforest burns the same as any other forest.

Version 1.02 fixed the 100pt medal. Good idea for getting that medal, I'll take a shot at it another time.

Alright, so using that method I got the Agents and Uber Agents medals (though I got the Uber Agents one at 16 and got knocked right out of the room by an explosion without killing Tricky), and I got the 100pt medal for finishing. So at this point I can verify that all medals work except for zombies.

I tried clicking on the red spot on Jupiter 20 times and it didn't open the secret area. You might want to look into that.

I've gotten all of the medals in the game; 14 while they were 0 points and one when they had values.

Given that no level has Jupiter on it, the secret better not be on that level...or then we'd all be really screwed.

I believe I have found the proper screen, but neither I nor Tab has found a button yet. Unless it is outside of the regular box and un-tabbable.

Bit finicky isn't it. I tried that loads of times before and it never worked. Must've been trying the wrong part. I am so relieved I finally got that, been trying to figure it out for ages. Knew the screen but thought it was a text command with something to do with that OCD+ 208 medal.
Congrats on getting those medals approved btw. I know you've been waiting ages for it.

Just to add to what DiMono figured out - Your medal points only get updated when you get a new medal that has a value other than zero points. If you want your points to be recalculated to take into account former zero point medals which have been newly approved, you need to unlock another medal which is worth points.
The reason I know this is because the Save Your Life 3 medals I had, never updated their new point values to my account total, even after I got some other zero point medals. It wasn't until I unlocked that last medal which I didn't have in Save Your Life 3 that my points total was updated.

Typically we look at the author to begin with. If all they have is really low quality and/or spam flash, we won't approve the medals. If it's a user's first submission we probably won't approve them either.
Once you get your game submitted, we will give it a very quick play and judge the overall quality of the work. Some days we'll let a weak game go by if the medals aren't too bad, but we also respect that you guys spend a LOT of time trying to get as many medals as you can and we don't think that investment is best rewarded by making you play some 14 year old's shitty ass 'sonic rpg stick adventure button dressup game' to keep your medal scores up.
Of course, sometimes a turd or two will get through the net... we don't have enough time to truly play everything that gets submitted.

Medals for Break down the wall don't work I don't think. Got one for using the bomb and it didn't show up. Got stuck in gearlock, had like 8 items but was missing two pipes? Dunno if medals work.
And that secret medal wasn't tough? I mean once you knew what level it was on, the hit box where the cursor changed was pretty large. Just a mater of clicking around inside of it.

Use the pen as a small pipe. Chop down one piece of bamboo in the woods and use it as the last one.
