The medals still work, I earned them yesterday. They just don't show on the game's portal page.
In Solipskier I've managed to find 4 medals so far:
Bronze Medal In Awesomeness - Achieve 1m points in a single run.
Where'd All My Tunes Go At - Go fast enough to lose your headphones in the wind.
Wicked Tricks - Achieve a 50x multi.
Nice Jump - Get 100k points in a single high jump.
Anybody find any other medals for it?
How do you beat that worm thing in the new madness game? Even if I hit it will all of the bullets, it does about half the damage required!

You might want to try grinding for points so you can get better weapons that do more damage; I was able to take it down in 3 hits.

You should be able to do it with 3 hits of the weakest pistol. Only 1 shot will count each time the worm shows itself, so shoot it once each of the first 3 times it emerges.

I have a knack for getting medals right after I ask for help. Ive put up a video in game of the replay for anyone who wants a guide.
There seems to be a easy grind glitch in Madness: Premeditation. You can earn multiple points in a single level by redoing it, as long as you have enough exp for a point at the end of it. You can continue to earn points this way. Unfortunately, you only seem to get a maximum of 2 - 3 at a time, until you HAVE to buy a gun, or grenade, to start this point accumulation over again.
