Starmageddon is really easy.
Got all the medals already.
God dammit. I already completed Starmageddon, upgraded everything and got all (super-easy) achievements and now the dumb game forces me to replay it. While it was a little fun, it wasn't that fun...
I tried really hard to come up with something funny. I failed.
just played through starmageddon, very easy medals (i got all medals) and fun gameplay too

Anyway, does anyone know how the hell can you beat a defense game (that other medal game) without buying new guns?
2500 kills doesn't seem towork for me, I'll try it later on my laptop. Nice game though!

I think buying new guns doesn't apply on the upgrades on the main gun. At least I hope it does because that's what I'm currently trying, beating the game by only using the gun you started with and upgrading it.

Hmm, must have overlooked that. Thanks, it's way easier that way.
I agree that Starmageddon is really easy medals. You can get all of them if you do a normal playthrough and it's really not so difficult to beat the game.
My advice would be to first make sure you have omni-directional guns and then focus on faster fire-rates and some armor upgrading. The magnet can be pretty handy too. Then I would upgrade the guns damage, starting by your front guns and then going around your ship to the back.
I would keep the shockwave upgrades for later since you don't need them that badly in the first half of the game. First I would upgrade the recharge time and how long at lasts, and then I would upgrade it's damage. Because I think it's best to use it as a shield rather than an attacking device.
I suppose balancing it out would work as well. Like I said, the game is not too difficult.
Is the turret medal not working on the Narcolyxii game?
I have a question about this game, if you quit the game at half time the killings and the money saved or only your progress in the game? , because I have replayed over and again after I did not get the medal of the 2500 killings, 1000 diamonds and the 2500 money. strange...

I got the 1000 diamonds medal, but it seemed like I got it not after 1k diamonds, but like 4-5.. o_O Do not understand the logic here.

Using the repair droid munition I managed to get to wave 33 and then I played pretty horrible. You'll be at full health the majority of the time thanks to how fast and easy you can kill the most enemies. I might also mention that I believe my computer is rather fast and I don't believe the game slowed down very much.

That's very odd. I got the medal myself, but I did play through the game pretty much as soon as it got medals. Maybe the file was updated for some reason? Who else has gotten the medal? How very odd. :/

All the medals worked for me. I got tired on that space bar mashing so i just let myself die. Guess i'll try and do it on the next run when I beat it without any extra guns, which shouldn't be too hard seeing as the only useful one is that freeze one.

Using the time control device and playing it safe I managed to get gold on all Secure 3, 4, 5. The most important factor seemed to be amount of bullets hit. I got hit once on Secure 5 but got a time of ~1:00 left and got a silver, but when I got ~0:50 left and hadn't been hit once I got a gold. Not even sure that time is important, can't really be bothered trying though.
Using the same tactic (trying to go pretty fast, but still dodging all bullets) and using time control device I managed to get gold on Destroy 5 the second the time I played it. So from what I've gathered:
Destroy and Secure is a combination of decent time and dodging all bullets.
Defence is about killing as many enemies as possible.
Cut Power, Intel and Rescue is about killing every enemy.

Okay, well, I couldn't get "Lazy" last night, and I restarted and can't get it today. So I have no clue how you got it.
I guess we just attribute it to either the buggy medal system, or the author of the lastest two games updating the games. Because I believe you were able to get the 2500 kills one in the other game, yet I wasn't.

It worked for me, but the game's medals might be buggy. After all I had played the game and gotten all achievements before the medals were implemented. When I loaded the game after medals were up, it immediately gave me the game complete medal, but refused to give me anything else. I had to restart the game to earn the rest.

On that game it tells you your kills at the end of each level. And completing the last level resets the kill count. That may be a problem for some people.
