Need music or sound effects? Here's the resource topic for existing MIDI, MP3 and WAV downloads. Remember, you cannot use MIDI files in Flash, so you'll need to convert them yourself. There are plenty of ways to do this - either manually or with software programs.

It's called auido overload, and it allows you to rip sound files (music and sfx) from ROMs of these systems:

I'll throw in my sound effect finds. One commonly overlooked resources is your local public library. I don't know about any other parts of the country (or world for that matter), but my library has a moderately extensive collection of CDs, including about a dozen sound effect CDs. Good place to go for high quality sounds. Check it out.
