Well it's only version 1.00, but it's something. Test it out and let me know what you think. Probably some more bugs I can squish. Check out the read me file, just extract this into a folder anywhere you want, and it should work just dandy.

250 is being shitty. Anyway Shadow- was kind enough to host the files. You can get them from these links

I already have the program, so I don't have to worry about down loading it.

I just installed it, and it works like a charm. It's a great program -- it certainly saves a hell of a lot of time calculating it myself. If it's accurate, it looks like I'm 88 years from level 29... and 56 days until level 11 woohoo! Heh, regardless of how useful it is I think I was better off not finding out how crappy my exp was =P

Oh well, great job though. The pictures add a nice touch too. =)

That was an old build, you might want to get this one.

Looks the same, but code-wise it's different.

are you serious? its gona take you 8 freaking years to get to level 25??? shite...
i havent got a chance in hell, i better get that program now! haha.
also, if Human Target died, it would only give us two days or so of free exp gaining without the next max to level ## going up...
then Shrap would take over level 30 and the process would resume...
i wish the top 50 exp users died! haha.

Good prog, but got a bug. When you open up the credits window, and then close it again, the music carries on playing; then, if you close the program, the music carries on, and the .exe file is still running as a system process, and has to be closed via task manager.

Ho hum. 21 days to level up.

That is probably because you tried to use the links in his first post. The ones in Nemesis's second post work. So try to read the whole thread before saying something.

I downloaded the program and it works like a charm. The interface is great, and the added level aura with the level icons are a nice touch. I also tested it out with a variety of possibilities, and they all worked fine. Glad to see there not being any bugs (apart to what Denvish said about the credits...which I have yet to look at). I am about a year away from LVL 16. W00T ^_^

Thanks for making it, and thanks for making it easy to use. ^_^

lol, its funny because this thread OWNED YOU. which is the opposite to what your name would suggest :P hahah.
well, i still cant use it. i can download it fine, but something must be wrong with my version of winzip, there must be some special file i need to zip...
DARN!
Red! i demand you calculate how long it will take me to level up! haha.

Response to Experience Calculator 2004-11-03 05:51:38

Marcus...

You have about 14 Days or about 0 Years left before you reach Level 13.
You have about 123 Days or about 0.3 Years left before you reach Level 14.
You have about 246 Days or about 0.7 Years left before you reach Level 15.
You have about 388 Days or about 1.1 Years left before you reach Level 16
You have about 551 Days or about 1.5 Years left before you reach Level 17
...
You have about 27953 Days or about 76.6 Years left before you reach Level 29

Aim for small goals man, don't even worry about the big ones. That way, they will come sooner than you think.

You need Microsoft .net framework to run it. I'd imagine that's probably your problem.

Quick question: does this calculator take into account the fact that HT is depositing every day? Just seems that the difference of required points between levels isn't as big as it should be: ie, for me to get
from 15 to 16 = 126 days
from 16 to 17 = 144 days

Is that about right, assuming HT doesn't miss a day's depositing?

He has 3,590 points right now. He needs 3,703 points to get to lvl 13. The difference is 113. That is 12 deposits (not factoring in the lvl 30 user depositing everyday).

I think that the program does factor in the lvl 30 user depositing everyday, or else the numbers I pulled would be wrong.

At 11/3/04 06:03 AM, Denvish wrote: Quick question: does this calculator take into account the fact that HT is depositing every day?

It seems so.

Just seems that the difference of required points between levels isn't as big as it should be: ie, for me to get
from 15 to 16 = 126 days

Well, the "gap" between each level right now is 825 points. 126 days of depositing would yield 1260 Exp points. So, it is factoring in HT depositing everyday.

from 16 to 17 = 144 days

If the program wasn't factoring HT's habit, then both of the levels you just stated would be the same number of days (83 days).

Is that about right, assuming HT doesn't miss a day's depositing?

Yep ^_^

Response to Experience Calculator 2004-11-03 06:35:16

OK cool, thanks for straightening that out. I wasn't sure whether it was a fixed amount between levels, or whether the required amount went up between levels regardless of HT's activity. What you're saying makes sense.

That's kinda funny, because I thought I had broken the code for playing a midi file, since it didn't work when I tried it, but it works for you? How many of you does this work for also?
