Excellent film.
I just got watching the Paladin series. This installment is the laggiest yet, even slower than the Bitey series. The trick to optimization though is convert everything you can into bitmaps. Things like the castle, clouds, and other scenery items are prime candidates. With the proper usage, you could easily double framerates in some areas, with minimal decrease in quality. I'll have to watch it again in a few years when computers are a lot more powerful :)
Though as far as I can tell, this is the last in this series, you might remember this advice for future epics. You definitely have the talent.

Best thing I ever saw.. sooooo funny the end: the overpowered-undead-master want the swords loose his arm and then the paladin goes to himand simply cut his f*cking head of xD i laught so extreme i almost done pu and pee in my shorts
