so many better games

the controls are what pissed me off the most... don't use the arrow keys.. they are horrible for this type of game.. i would recommend something like FGHJ or possibly SD JK or something like that.. just make sure you can properly use 4 fingers instead of 3 like you do with the arrow keys.. also it had horrible sync to it... there were plenty of times i should have gotten perfect and got late and a few times i should have gotten early or late and i got a good or perfect... oh and the whole 'sometimes what sound you are hitting the keys to changes for no apparent reason' thing gets really old...

I think I figured out why people complain why they can't hit the arrows correctly.

From what I can tell, you argure that from YOUR point of view, saying that the arrows are not on sync from where YOU think the beat is. This is kind of a biased opinion. If not, then why is it that there are many other people who think the sync and beats is just fine or even perfect?

As for the arrow keys comment....you seem to be the only one so far with this problem so I won't take it into consideration :)

Not bad:pretty good

overall,pretty cool game.Not very unique,but still pretty good.
my only suggestions r put more songs in,and be a bit more creative.
i give it a 4/10 cause of lack of creativity and not much gameplay.

I'm sorry but you gave it a Tenacious D title... and yet there are NO TD songs, and your song was BASICLY THE LONGEST ONE! I'm sorry but... share the credit man

Why not do some reaserch next time, noob? I actually made another one with Tenacious D songs. it's called The Pick of Destiny 2. You should think before you talk...in this case research before reviewing.

Didn't work

I couldn't get my keys to work while playing the game, so maybe the glitch isn't fixed after all. I agree the graphics were also pretty bland (from what i saw), and since I couldn't get past level one with my keys not working, I can't comment on the sound really. Overall, just reviewing to let you know about the "glitch". I'd be interested in playing if my keys ever start working again.

Suggestion: I have no idea how difficult this would be to do as I have no skill with animation, at all, but would it be at all possible to include an option to choose different setups of keys? Like A,S,D,F or something as an option to choose instead of arrows. That would make me happier, for sure.

pretty boring and way too easy. and the songs aren't great. at least neither of the first two in the story which was as far as i got before i realized i wasn't interested in continuing.

overall the graphics were the biggest turnoff.
