Easily the most creative game made for Rock Out.
Most of the submissions for rock out have been dull avoid games based on music or DDR clones. This is something different and fun. Love it!

Super Awesome "5*-everything" award my ass!
lol. Seriously, though, this was a great game. I've played a lot of guitar hero, so it was pretty easy for me to get into this game. Although I can understand why people would say it starts off too hard. Perhaps you should think of having multiple difficulty settings for each song? It would give the "rhythmically challenged" people a way to see each song, while it would give the experts more hard songs to play. ;-)
Hyrule Castle goes off sync by quite a lot, if you ever update this, you should fix that. It made certain parts of the song to be harder to play than they should be.
Insanity mode starts out pretty easy, up until when the notes per second suddenly doubles. Then I just get screwed over and can't process what I'm supposed to be doing. But that's what it's all about it seems. And according to the leader boards, no one's beaten it yet. :-O
Crazy hard.
But awesome none-the-less.
A great spin on the classic arrow rhythm based games.
Although I do think that the collision detection is a bit off. I always have trouble smacking the baddies even when I'm spot on.
5/5
Some thoughts
Very well put together game, cheesy plot made it so much awesomer ;)
Some aspects i didn't like: a tad frustrating having to take 10 secs going through the main menu every time i lost, can't i jsut restart?
Also, whenever i missed 2 notsin a row the must went all quite to accomodate the missed note sound effect and so i lost track of the beat and lost more notes; very annoying.
Still, very nice job
"DDR + GH"
I like it, it's just too short and after you get the hang of it, it's really simple.
Also, insane is just crazy, and having that far of a difficulty jump is crazy, considering that it inhibits you from actually 100% the game, if you know what I mean...
I like the concept, but I would like a sequel, and have more songs, because I literally beat the game in only 1-2 hours, after failing Easy for some time, and now I can five-cloud Hard, and 99% it.
Key point here is that the game is so short... I only wish it was longer.
