everything but the ending
Kevin Smith once said that "you kill the main character at the end when you don't know how to end your story" and that's what he did at the end of the first cut of Clerks. It was a mistake. I think the same thing goes here. Jerry's Hanging ruins and taints everything that came before it. I think that's the easy way out, and any other option would have been funnier... even if the rope broke and then continued to break say every 6 months... that'd be genius.
Nothing Special
I must have seen this same idea about 100 times. What's worse about this one is that the animation sucks and you used the same frames over and over again. It got extremely boring after awhile even though I know you were trying to prove a point. Overall it was cliched and poorly executed.
Looked and sounded nice but...
It wasn't entertaining. It is obvious you can make a great Flash Movie, but it didn't really make me laugh...

the suicide. I was going to rate it a 10 because it was hilarious...then the ending kinda killed it for me.
